Rush is taking its return to the stage to Las Vegas. A five-show Sphere engagement titled Elevate From the Norm was announced on November 5, 2026, with performances planned for May 2027.
The Las Vegas Review-Journal reports that this will be the band’s first Las Vegas residency and that Sphere representatives announced the series Thursday morning. The production will celebrate the group’s catalog and the life of late drummer and lyricist Neil Peart.
A new setting for the reunion
The engagement adds a destination run to the return of Geddy Lee and Alex Lifeson. Rush’s official Fifty Something tour announcement describes the wider tour as a celebration of more than five decades of the band’s music and a tribute to Peart, with South American, British and European dates added for 2027.
For the Sphere shows, InMusic reports that Lee and Lifeson will be joined by drummer Anika Nilles and keyboardist Loren Gold. Its report also describes work on a production adapted to Sphere’s immersive visual and audio capabilities.
What fans should know
The Review-Journal lists the general ticket sale for November 13 at 10 a.m. Fans should check Rush’s official Sphere page for the complete performance calendar, sale time zone and ticket details before making travel plans. Early reports describe five shows, but the newspaper’s initial date list contains only four entries, so we are not reproducing an incomplete schedule here.
The headline for listeners is the confirmed residency announcement: a new Las Vegas chapter for Rush’s return, with the band’s music and Peart’s legacy at its center.
